Food cart business

Food cart business is one option for a good start up business.  I've been seeing lots of food cart businesses now. Mostly are franchise business. Franchise is good but if you could start your own food cart business, the better.  Specially if you had conceptualized a new and unique food cart business. (I wish I could find that one unique food cart business).  And if you had discovered a good food cart business then you can have it franchise by others too.  That's a nice idea that I've been always dreaming of.  To be the franchiser and not the franchisee. 

Food cart businesses that I've seen mostly for the past few months are Milk tea and Buko Shakes. These food cart businesses are growing like mushrooms.  I see these everywhere.  Another food cart businesses I saw which are not new as street foods but new in the mall are the Mangga with bagoong and the Binatog. After the success of ice scramble, these 2 food cart businesses might be successful, too.  By the way,  I bought one cup of Binatog and it really taste the same as with the street food Binatog.  Maybe they can try a twist with this food cart business. New flavors of Binatog will do.
